While we were flipping through the menu, surprisingly we noticed that they have the 鱼生 (Yu Sheng) at the time to celebrate coming CNY. For taste and fun we decided to order just the small one, plus we all knew we wouldn't finish the big one, so the smaller portion is just right for us...

鱼生 (Yu Sheng or in Cantonese,Yee Sang) is served as an appetizer to raise 'good luck' during the Chinese New Year. In a celebration known as "lo hei"(Cantonese 撈起 or 捞起), families and friends to gather around the table and, on cue, proceeding to toss the shredded ingredients into the air with chopsticks while saying auspicious wishes out loud to mark the start of a prosperous new year.
Eventually...
"F O O D ..."
"Hmmm...yummy~"
"ZZZzzzzzz~~~"
Happy Chinese New Year! :)
