Thaipusam is a Hindu festival celebrated mostly by the Tamil community on the full in the Tamil month of Thai. This year it was held at 23rd January, and I was there for my first time ever Thaipusam photo-shoot.
Advised from my friends that we better get there earlier because there will be traffic jam, and also their activities started early and we wouldn't want to miss it. So, I set my alarm clock at 4:30am, but then I couldn't sleep, dunno why, maybe because I was too scared that I will overslept... sigh~
After picked up Ashes and Wee Seng, about 6:30am we reached Batu Caves. By that time it was already full of people, both believer and photographers...
I didn't shot any Lomo on that day, mainly because I wanna concentrate on practicing my DSLR. I was abit nervous at first, but slowly it got better and I had fun, after all, it was really a good shooting experience! It was so tiring but I think it worth, and I'm sure I will be visiting again next year.
Here are some of my favorites. If you like to see more, please go

Finally after 6 hours combat, about 1pm, we sat down for a long-wait-drinksss and lunch! :D
See you next year!
